No Data Protection Officer has been appointed: the processing carried out by this site does not fall within any of the cases that make the appointment mandatory under article 37 of the GDPR. Requests are handled directly by the data controller.

Data you send us: when you email us we receive your address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.

Technical data: our host records connection information (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and service operation.

The site currently has no contact form, no analytics tool and no booking tool. This policy, and the revision date on it, will be updated before any of them is added.

Business email: mail sent to the address above is hosted with our email provider, within the European Union.

No other subprocessor touches the data this site collects. Any addition, whether an analytics tool, a CRM or a booking service, will be named here before it goes live.

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party profiling trackers, and therefore needs no consent banner.

One technical cookie is used, `locale`, which remembers the language picked in the switcher for a year. It holds no personal data and is used for no tracking.

If an analytics tool is added, its name, its purpose and its retention period will be stated here, and consent will be collected in line with CNIL guidance beforehand.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as to set post-mortem instructions.

To exercise them, write to contact@unuzual.fr. You will receive an answer within one month.

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to internal tools is authenticated and permissions are kept to the minimum required.
