Business process automation
Repetitive work should not be taking up your best hours.
- Workflows
- Integrations
- Internal tools
What actually automates
Invoice chasing, order entry, moving data between tools, weekly reports, inbox triage, client folder creation: anything that follows a stable rule can run without a person.
We start with a stopwatch. A task costing three people four hours a week is worth a project; one done twice a year is not. The audit returns a list ranked by hours saved.
Integrations between your tools
Most of the lost time sits between the software, not inside it. We connect your tools through their APIs, or a custom connector when there is no API, so data is entered once.
When a tool has no API there is almost always another door: a scheduled export, a dedicated mailbox, a read-only database. We look for that door before concluding you need to change software.
Internal tools
When nothing on the market does the job, we build the missing screen: a back office, a tracking board, a business form. Small, precise, used every day.
What we don't automate
Decisions. An automation that grants a discount, settles a complaint or writes in a director's name creates more risk than it saves time. We automate the preparation and leave the approval to a human, one click away.
A process that changes every month is not ready either: stabilise it first, or you pay twice: once to automate it, once to redo it.
Monitoring
A silent automation that breaks costs more than no automation at all. Every flow is logged, watched, and tells someone when it fails.
Every flow also keeps a manual path. If an integration is down, the work can still be done by hand that day rather than waiting for a fix.
What you get
- An audit of tasks and hours saved
- Automated, documented workflows
- API integrations between your tools
- Custom internal tools
- Logging, alerting and error recovery
- Training and handover
