Custom ERP and CRM for small businesses
Your processes first, the software second. Not the reverse.

The problem with off-the-shelf ERPs
A packaged ERP imposes its own logic. You end up bending the company to the software, paying licences for modules nobody opens, and keeping three spreadsheets on the side because “the system doesn't do that”.
We take it the other way round: we map your real flows (quotes, production, stock, invoicing, support), then build or configure a system that follows them.
Build or adapt
Not everything deserves to be written from scratch. When an existing product covers 80% of the need, we adapt it and build the 20% that sets you apart. When nothing fits, we build. The choice comes with numbers.
What we don't do: start a full build because it is more interesting to build. A custom ERP earns its keep when the way you work is a competitive advantage, not when it is simply a habit.
Migration without downtime
Data extraction, field mapping, a dual-entry period where it's warranted, cutover on a weekend. We prepare the rollback before the cutover, never after.
We bring the history across too, not just the live records. An ERP that starts without the last three years of orders forces teams to keep the old system open, and the cutover never really happens.
Training and adoption
An ERP nobody uses is worth nothing. We train teams on their own data, leave readable documentation, and stay reachable through the first weeks, when the real questions show up.
Training is per role, not per screen: the person who invoices learns invoicing, not the whole system. It takes less of everyone's time and it sticks.
What you get
- A map of your existing processes
- A custom ERP, or an adapted off-the-shelf one
- A CRM connected to the rest of the system
- Data extraction and migration
- Team training and documentation
- Support and changes after cutover
