In a small or mid-size company, each department often has its own tool: a spreadsheet for stock, software for accounting, messages for deliveries. The numbers never match, and every decision waits for someone to reconcile them by hand.

BIRP had to replace that pile with one system, configured for each company and its industry (agri-food, hospitality, retail, logistics, construction, energy), with Moldova as the first market.

We laid down a multi-company architecture: each company sees only its own data and only the modules switched on for it, with separate roles for management, accounting, staff, drivers and customers.

The accounting core depends on no country: rates, thresholds, charts of accounts and deadlines live in country packs. The first one, for Moldova, keeps the general ledger, e-Factura electronic invoicing and bank statement import. The website explains the offer module by module and leads to a demo.
